CONSTANT TEMPERATURE, DARK AND QUIET SPACE FOR YOUR WINE IN YOUR CELLAR
We are happy to offer you all favourable conditions in YOUR STORE.
The constant temperature is guaranteed by the sandstone bedrock and is around 10°C all year round. Some may argue that this condition can be achieved with the various cooling systems available on the market today. However, these conveniences of today’s modern and progressive age are dependent on electricity. Darkness also promotes proper ripening. Not only because sunlight warms the wine, but it could also promote chemical reactions inside the bottle. In this case, the darkness is guaranteed by the cellar itself, as it is dug up to 16 metres below the surface and, of course, has no windows.
Last but not least, it is pleasantly quiet, accompanied only by the gurgling of the wine as it ferments. All this is overseen by our good elves, protecting our beautiful, ancient cellar.
The capacity of the cubicle is 200 – 300 bottles.
